Ooltewah Manufacturing has been a manufacturer of OEM products, exercise accessories and many other contracted parts for over 30 years. Our customers range across several industries in the United States today as we continue to provide heat sealing and gel molding manufacturing services for their businesses. Ooltewah Manufacturing also has subdivisions that act as their own companies. Ooltewah Manufacturing has a 30,000 square foot facility in the Ooltewah Industrial Park in Ooltewah Tennessee. We have ultrasonic welding capabilities, multiple sewing machines, foil hot stamping machines for custom logo addition to products, and 2 mixing and pumping stations for use in manufacturing of refreezable cold-packs, motorcycle gel, and equine products. Ooltewah manufacturing also has an electronics department used for the design and manufacture of communications for the Motorcycle Industry, and is the largest distributor of Nolan motorcycle helmets inside the continental United States.
